I had a two part session with the Dampier family that began with photographs of the children in my studio and then we traveled to Duke Gardens for the group photographs on a steamy afternoon. The bond between Grandmother and Daughter was so sweet to witness. I’m so glad they made the trip all the way from Wilson, NC for their photography session with me!
This past Sunday evening, I met Stephanie and Greg at Umstead Park in Raleigh. Stephanie had seen my dog photographs for BFPA and contacted me to photograph her wedding as well as an engagement style session. Although the wedding got rescheduled for a weekend I wasn’t available, I was still able to meet and photograph her and her fianceé Greg. They are such a friendly, upbeat, affectionate couple. I love being around people in love. It’s just so sweet to witness. Thank you Stephanie and Greg for choosing me to capture your engagement!
How cute are Luke and Kate? I used to work with their mom and I was thrilled when she contacted me about setting up a fun portrait session with the two of them. She wanted me to capture their playful spirits and there is NOTHING I enjoy photographing more then children in their own element! We had so much fun!
Jake and Luke were my first twins. It was such an honor to capture these gorgeous baby boys. I couldn’t be happier with the images. I went to their home on a warm Sunday and spent the better part of 5 hours there. Working with twins was a wonderful experience and a bit of a challenge, as I expected it to be! These boys were wonderful to work with. A happy Jake was pretty awake for most of the 5 hours, but Luke was happy to give me tons of sleepy photographs. Here are some of my personal favorites.
